I Am Team GB win big at the Chartered Institute of Marketing Awards

This time last year we were busy building one of our most exciting projects to date: I Am Team GB. The event encouraged 1 million people, fuelled by Olympics enthusiasm, to join in the nation’s biggest sports day. A year on, and the marketing behind the event has received a prestigious ‘Marketing Excellence Award’ from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. We’re delighted to have designed and built the website that facilitated thousands of people’s search for an event, and helped make the campaign such a success.

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) have gained a name for themselves within the business sector as rewarding exceptional marketing efforts nationwide. Their annual Marketing Excellence Awards recognises brilliance in the field of marketing, and celebrates the intuitiveness and extraordinary talent within the sector.

Starting in 2009, the organisation has just completed its 8th year. With such a high standard of submissions from the likes of Green Flag, Premiere Foods and the National Lottery, we were incredibly excited to hear that ITV’s ‘I Am Team GB’ site, in connection with the National Lottery and UK Sports, won ‘Best Partnership Marketing Campaign’ this year.
