Reporting to our Client Services Director you will play an integral role in the newly formed commercial team. Client retention and growth will be your main driver as well as helping secure new business. Identifying opportunities that will enable us to deliver against our strategic vision will also be key to your success.


  • Discover and define client objectives and manage client expectations
  • Maintain an active client portfolio, growing accounts to hit targets
  • Commercially accountable for your clients
  • Grow your professional network inline with our strategic vision


  • Develop deep, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Create and maintain accurate/accessible account documentation
  • Present technical and marketing information across on and offline platforms
  • Lead by example, contributing and sharing best practices/knowledge/resources and ideas both internally and with your clients
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with all client contacts up to the senior team level
  • Attend events on behalf of Pragmatic, such as WordCamps and conferences

Skills and experience you'll have

  • Digital agency experience is essential ideally in a web or creative environment
  • Being driven by positive relationships is a must, humanise, spend time with your clients make them feel valued always
  • Knowledge of WordPress would be highly beneficial
  • Commercially aware; a strong ability to understand what makes a business or organisation successful, through either buying or selling products or supplying services to our core markets
  • We work with some big brands and leading B2B publishers, knowledge of these markets would be advantageous
  • The role is autonomous, being self-organised is a must, you will be supported by a great team who will want to see you develop the role for yourself
  • Strong problem-solving skills, naturally inquisitive and someone that enjoys finding solutions
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time
  • Someone that actively seeks out support from wider team to help improve their skills.
